What the study is

PRoVENT–TRACE assesses the occurrence of different types of patient–ventilator asynchrony throughout invasive mechanical ventilation, and their associations with clinically relevant patient outcomes.

What Deep Breath contributes

Deep Breath supports participating research centres with the technical infrastructure for collection, storage, and analysis of high-resolution mechanical ventilation data, including ventilator waveforms used for patient–ventilator asynchrony assessment.

Deep Breath also collaborates with the study coordination team and participating centres on technical implementation: deployment support, site onboarding, and the quality and continuity of ventilator data collection.

The Steering Committee’s letter recognises Deep Breath’s expertise in high-resolution ventilation data infrastructure and patient–ventilator interaction analysis.
